Private dining, not restaurant service
The culinary team's singular emphasis is private dining. Free of a restaurant's daily service, the executive chef and his team focus on one menu for one party, prepared fresh on board, with a farm-to-table approach rooted in Hudson Valley cuisine.
From twelve to several hundred
A private yacht such as Justine or Moondance seats an intimate dinner; Mariner III and Lexington host a formal dinner for up to 85 and 120; glass-enclosed Bateaux was designed so that every table has a view.
Make it an occasion
Add live music, a pianist on the baby grand, specialty lighting or florals. The cruise typically covers the Hudson, the harbor and the Statue of Liberty.
