What we collect
When you request a proposal we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, event type, preferred date, guest count, preferred yacht, budget range (optional), departure area and any notes. We also record the page you came from and standard campaign parameters (such as UTM values) so we can understand which channels bring enquiries. Our analytics tools collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, coordinate your event, and keep records required for contracts and invoicing. We do not sell your information. With your consent we may send occasional updates about Yacht Events; you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Vessel operators, caterers and production partners involved in your event, strictly to deliver it; service providers that host our website, store enquiries and send email on our behalf; and authorities where required by law. Cookies and analytics

Retention and security
